Gualberto Cardenas
Area Supervisor
Gualberto joined The Growing Company in 2003 and was promoted to Area Supervisor in 2010. He supervises the maintenance crews in Downtown Sacramento, Arden, South Sacramento, and Elk Grove. Gualberto previously served as the company’s Season Color/Pest Control Supervisor. In that role, he oversaw the company’s displays of brilliant flowing plants and managed the Pest Control and Fertilizer programs. Gualberto is a Certified Pesticide Applicator and participates in ongoing training for integrated pest management.
Guadalupe Rodriguez
Warehouse and Equipment Maintenance Supervisor
Guadalupe joined The Growing Company in 1991. As head of equipment maintenance, he’s the “behind the scenes” supervisor who makes sure all our equipment works efficiently for our crews.
Our landscape management team personally oversees the maintenance of each property. First, we work with you to establish long- and short-term goals for your landscape. Then, we develop a budget and create a custom landscape maintenance program. We visit your property every week, fine-tuning your program to ensure that your landscape meets our standards and, most importantly, yours.
