Maria is the primary HR administrator for the company, handles all insurance certifications, and provides business operations assistance to the management staff. In addition to her primary responsibilities, Maria provides communication assistance to The Interior Plant Company team. Maria holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from Sacramento State University.

Ana joined The Growing Company in September 2009. She provides administrative assistance to the office staff and is the primary back-office administrator. She is responsible for all record keeping for both The Growing Company and The Interior Plant Company and is responsible for ensuring the smooth transition of prospect-to-client files. »
Our landscape management team personally oversees the maintenance of each property. First, we work with you to establish long- and short-term goals for your landscape. Then, we develop a budget and create a custom landscape maintenance program. We visit your property every week, fine-tuning your program to ensure that your landscape meets our standards and, most importantly, yours.
